License & Usage Policy

At DuynStitch.com, we offer digital embroidery design files under different license types, depending on your subscription or purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand what is allowed and what is restricted.

1. Free Plan – $0 Subscription

  • Personal use only

  • Commercial use is not allowed

  • Reselling or POD (Print on Demand) use is not allowed

  • Sharing or redistribution of files is prohibited

Note: You must register for a free account to access free downloads.

2. Weekly Plan – One-time Payment

  • Personal use only

  • No commercial use

  • Not allowed to resell or use on POD platforms

  • Do not share, modify, or redistribute files

3. Monthly Plan – One-time Payment

  • Includes a limited commercial license

  • You may use designs to create and sell physical products

  • POD usage is allowed

  • You may not resell or distribute the embroidery files as digital products

  • Redistribution, even modified, is not allowed

4. Life-Time Plan – One-time Payment

  • Full commercial license included

  • Allowed to use for mass production, POD, and client work

  • Reselling of embroidery files is permitted under your own brand

  • You may use designs for both physical and digital products

  • If you resell embroidery files on major marketplaces (such as Etsy, Creative Fabrica, DesignBundles, etc.), you must clearly state that the author or contributor is DuynStitch.com

  • We reserve the right to issue copyright claims if products are found on major marketplaces without proper author attribution

5. Prohibited Uses (All Plans Unless Explicitly Allowed)

  • Sharing files for free or uploading to file-sharing sites

  • Claiming designs as your own when reselling

  • Using designs to promote hate, violence, or discrimination

  • Converting designs to clipart, SVGs, or other formats for resale

  • Selling files as part of bundles or memberships without written permission

6. General Guidelines

  • You may resize the embroidery files for your project, but please ensure design quality is not compromised

  • You are not allowed to convert or trace our designs to create new digital products

  • You may not use our files in mobile apps, AI tools, or platforms that auto-generate content from uploaded assets

7. Extended or Custom Licensing
