How to download

Follow these simple steps to download your embroidery files from DuynStitch.com:

1. Select a Product

Browse our website and choose the embroidery design you want to download.

2. Download or Checkout

  • If you are not logged in, add the product to your cart and complete the checkout process.

  • If you are already a member, simply click the Download button on the product page.

  • Join as a member here: Sign up

3. Wait for Countdown (if applicable)

For free designs, a 30-second countdown may appear before your file becomes available for download.

4. Check Your Email (if download doesn’t start)

If the file doesn’t start downloading automatically after checkout, please check your order confirmation email. A direct download link will be included there.

5. Choose Download Location

When prompted, choose where to save the file on your device (computer, phone, or USB drive).

6. Complete Your Download

Once the file is downloaded, you can unzip and use it immediately or transfer it to your embroidery machine or software.
